Terms & Conditions - Anglia Computer Solutions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the services provided by Anglia Computer Solutions Business Ltd (Company No. 9865554), registered in England at 28-29 Bertie Ward Way, Rashes Green Ind. Est., Dereham, Norfolk, NR19 1TE.

2. Definitions

"Company", "we", "us" refers to Anglia Computer Solutions Business Ltd
"Client", "you" refers to the person or business purchasing our services
"Services" refers to IT support, telecoms, web design, and related services we provide

3. Quotations

All quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless specified.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments will incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, with a minimum charge of £40.

5. Retention of Title

All goods supplied remain the property of Anglia Computer Solutions Business Ltd until payment has been received in full.

6. Support Services

Support contracts are provided on an annual basis with fixed monthly pricing. The helpdesk is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Out-of-hours support may be available by prior arrangement at additional cost.

7. Website Design & Development

Website projects are subject to a separate project agreement. All designs remain the intellectual property of Anglia Computer Solutions until final payment. Source files are not included unless specifically agreed.

8. Hosting

Hosting services are provided on a monthly billing cycle. We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Backups are taken regularly but clients are responsible for maintaining their own copies of critical data.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, data, or business.

10. Cancellation

Support contracts may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Hosting services may be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Cancellation of website projects after commencement may incur charges for work completed.

11. Complaints

If you are unhappy with our services, please contact us at info@acsbusiness.co.uk. We aim to resolve all complaints within 10 working days.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
